Thank you for shopping with Mental State Collective. We want you to love your purchase and feel good about supporting mental health awareness through our brand. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

We accept returns on most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must:

• Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• Include all original tags and packaging

• Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-returnable items include:

• Gift cards

• Sale or clearance items

• Limited-edition or custom items

• Accessories such as bracelets, hats, or jewelry (for hygiene reasons)

If your return is approved, you will receive an email with shipping instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

2. Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size or color, we’re happy to exchange your item for the correct one (subject to availability).
To start an exchange, please contact us at support@mentalstatecollective.com with your order details.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Please note:

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Refund times may vary depending on your payment provider.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@mentalstatecollective.com.
Include your order number, a brief description, and a photo of the issue — we’ll make it right with a replacement, refund, or store credit.

5. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been shipped. Once an order has been processed, it may not be canceled.

6. Donations

A portion of every sale supports mental health organizations. Please note that donations made from your purchase are non-refundable, even if an order is later returned or canceled.
